BYOB Brunch Spots To Bring Your Friends And Save Money

Is there any better way to kick off your weekend with friends than grabbing a bottle of champagne and hitting a great byob brunch spot? The Natives have hooked you up with some of their go to spots!

Sabrina's Cafe

Address: 910 Christian St, Philadelphia, PA 19147

Emily: "Sabrina's cafe is so warm and cozy, and there is a food option for everyone's dietary needs! I love a place that welcomes all diets. The weekends can be very busy, so I advise checking in to the waitlist through the Yelp app and seeing the wait time. Sabrina's makes my favorite tofu scramble. No one, not even myself, can make it better. The tofu scramble is flavorful and comes with fresh breakfast potatoes and toast. Always get breakfast potatoes when you go to Sabrina's. Sabrina's also has other vegan options, but the tofu scramble is my favorite by far."

Cafe Lift

Address: 428 N 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123

Erin: "Cafe Lift is another wait for it.. *BYOB* Spot. So again, bring your Prosecco and Champ. They don't take reservations so prepare for a wait in peak hours.. and Cash only! Cafe Lift is a hip, urban/industrial looking spot with a packed menu. Dishes to try here are the lemon ricotta pancakes, cannoli french toast and the Huevos Rancheros."

Cafe La Maude

Address: 816 N 4th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123

Georgie: "The atmosphere is super cute; like stepping into a Parisian cafe! Yes, the prices are a little hefty (i.e. $18 for pancakes), however, everything is totally worth the higher price tag. Their lemon ricotta pancakes with poached apples, pistachios, white chocolate and caramel are some of the best pancakes I've ever had! Be sure to get there before 10am or you'll have to fight the crowds and wait a bit!"

Green Eggs Cafe

Address: 212 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Georgie: "It's a classic! If you have friends visiting from out of town, I highly recommend this spot for a brunch they won't forget! I personally love the South Philly location best. The food is amazing of course (I'm a huge fan of the red velvet pancakes!), the portions are huge so you won't leave hungry, and many items are very "instagrammable"

Address: 5460, 261 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Lexy: "I'm a skeptic for brunch places in hotels because they are usually overpriced and mediocre but this place knocked my socks off. They. have. a. Bread. Bar. All types of breads and carbs that are complimentary for diners. They also have a great mango sorbet mimosa!"

Ants Pants Cafe

Address: 2212 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19146

Lexy: "Love this place- they are dog friendly and have a great closed patio area at their South Street location! If you want a good drink come here for an Aussie drink (the Flat White is my personal favorite!)"

Audrey Claire

Address: 276 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Austin: "Awesome date night spot! Get a spot at the chef's counter if you can. Watching the chef work his magic is a nice little bonus to the already incredible food. Highly recommend the grilled octopus! **Cash only"

On Point Bistro

Address: 1200 Point Breeze Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19146

Sembat: "Low Key spot. Food is great! Amazing brunch."

Address: 1521 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19102

Austin: "Russet screams homemade and fresh (seasonal ingredients) made with love in an cozy atmosphere you're sure to love. It sounds cliche but you seriously can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Be sure to check their website ahead of time for the ingredients they're currently featuring along with recommendations of wines to bring that will pair nicely."
