I was born and raised in Philadelphia, so I love my city and it will always have a special place in my heart. I really developed my love for food while I was working in a restaurant throughout high school and college. It was there that I learned to truly appreciate good quality ingredients and service. The Philly food scene is extremely diverse and has so much to offer. It has evolved remarkably over the past few years and we now have some of the greatest chefs and restaurateurs who are getting national recognition. We are a real food city with high standards and we do not accept mediocrity.
